Inclusion Criteria

Patients with diabetic ulcers of wound size <5% TBSA.

Patients giving consent for topical phenytoin

Exclusion Criteria

Chronic non healing wound of other etiology like renal failure.

Diabetes with gangrenous changes .

Ulcer bed involving tendons,bones, capsules.
