入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Adults above18 years diagnosed with periodontitis (according to AAP 2017 classification) after step 1 and step 2 therapy (non-surgical phase) with the presence of atleast one site with 2 or 3 walled interproximal infrabony defects in either of the jaws
- •2.Systemically healthy subjects
- •3.Full mouth bleeding score<= 30 % and Full mouth plaque score <=20%
排除标准
- •1.Current tobacco users
- •2.Subjects taking medications affecting the periodontium (Bisphosphonates, Calcium channel blockers, cyclosporine, steroids, phenytoin )
- •3.Pregnancy or lactation
- •4.Antibiotic medication in the last 3 months
- •5.Infrabony defects that are indicated for resective therapy.
- •6.Grade II /II furcation involvement
