Man who was diagnosed BPH and going to get surgery
No contraindications for spinal anesthesia
consent to the study
Exclusion Criteria
allergy to alcohol
reduced pulmonary function disease
chronic liver disease

Name Time Method irrigating fluid absorption at 30 minute and every 1 hour after start operation until finish operation measure exhaled alcohol level by alcolmeter,resected prostate tissue weight at the end of operation weigh the resected prostate tissue
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method serum sodium changes preoperative, postoperative 3 hour and 24 hour blood sampling for electrolyte,hemoglobin changes preoperative, postoperative 3 hour and 24 hour blood sampling for complete blood count
