Patient age 20-80 years old
Diagnosis of cervical spondylosis with chronic radicular pain
MRI of cervical spine is compatible with the clinical pain symptom
Failed conservative treatment for at least 3 months and pain score (NRS) equal or more than 4/10
Has indication for surgery such as significant weakness of upper extremities
allergy to medication injectate or used in the study
Has infection around area of intervention
Chronic neck pain due to cancer
History cardiac pacemaker/AICD or spinal cord stimulator implantion
Unstable medical condition
