(1) Patients with OAG who underwent ab externo Xen45 gel stent implantation with open conjunctiva approach at the Department of Ophthalmology, Pusan National University Hospital
(2) Patients were followed up for at least 12 months postoperatively.
(3) If both eyes had Xen45 gel stent implantation, the first eye underwent surgery was included.
(1) Patients who had secondary glaucoma, neovascular glaucoma (except pseudoexfoliation glaucoma, pigmentary glaucoma)
(2) previous glaucoma surgery history (except uncomplicated cataract extraction)
(3) neurological disease, or retinal disease that could affect the visual field or alter the optic nerve.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Kaplan–Meier’s survival analyses were used to evaluate the success rate according to the criterion. The prognostic factors of surgical failure were evaluated using Cox’s proportional hazard regression analysis with enter method.
