入选标准
- •Operational definition of SAM: 6 months to 5 years children whose weight for height less than ? 3SD or MUAC 11.5 cm. WHO Anthro 2011 v 3.2.2. will be used to determine the weight for height Z scores.
- •Inclusion Criteria: Uncomplicated SAM- SAM child with all of the following namely good appetite, is alert and clinically well. Child has to be resident of the area for at least 6 months.
排除标准
- •Complicated SAM- SAM with any one of the following namely anorexia, not alert, high fever (104 F), severe pallor, severe dehydration, Lower Respiratory Tract Infection (LRTI), bipedal edema, visible severe wasting
