Inclusion Criteria
Septic shock requiring catecholamine treatment despite sufficient fluid resuscitation
Exclusion Criteria
1. Any absolute contraindication for MRI
2. Chronic renal failure with GFR < 30 ml/min/m² at time of inclusion (with the exception of patients on dialysis)
3. Myocardial infarction < 6 months before inclusion
4. Previously known LVEF < 40% at inclusion
