Inclusion Criteria:<br><br> - Patients who<br><br> 1. are/have<br><br> 1. currently using rectal irrigation<br><br> 2. have previously used rectal irrigation<br><br> 3. declined rectal irrigation<br><br> 2. equal to or over 18 years<br><br> 3. have defaecatory difficulties<br><br> 4. Failed nurse-led biofeedback treatment<br><br> 5. have ability and willingness to give informed consent<br><br> Exclusion Criteria:
