•1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine;
•2. the patients had no sleep disorder before onset, and excluded the sleep disorder caused by drug effects or specific sleep disorders;
•3. the sleep disorders appeared after stroke, which had a clear time sequence;
•4. the patients had no disturbance of consciousness, obvious intelligence, language understanding and expression, and could complete the experiment independently;
•5. patients who did not take sedative hypnotic drugs in recent 2 weeks;
•6. patients were under 80 years old whose primary Hypertension, diabetes and other conditions were relatively stable, and no serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases.

•1. the sleep disorders was caused by drugs or alcohol, or other somatic diseases except stroke;
•2. patients had disturbance of consciousness, intelligence or language understanding and expression;
•3. patients who took sedative hypnotics or had drug dependence in recent 2 weeks;
•4. patients had severe heart, liver, kidney and other diseases and unstable vital signs.
