Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All gender between 25\-60 years of age
- •desk workers
- •Positive Modified obers test
- •Who sit minimum 5\-8 hours/day (21\)
- •Working past 6 – 24 months
- •Who are willing to participate in the study
- •Who can comprehend commands and are cooperative
Exclusion Criteria
- •any lower limb\-
- •Recent fracture or dislocation, or any pain due to pathology or deformity or neurological dysfunction
- •Recent upper limb injury that can cause difficulty in positioning for testing or treatment
- •individual’s self\-reported contraindications/precautions: unstable medical conditions (blood pressure fluctuations/blood sugar abnormalities; dermatitis; contagious or infectious disease; open wounds/ulcers; pregnancy, Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
