- •Age 65 or above of either sex.
- •Patients posted for lower limb orthopedic surgeries under spinal anesthesia.
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status grade II,III
排除标准
- •Patients refusal to participate.
- •Refusal for spinal anesthesia.
- •Contraindication to spinal anesthesia.
- •Allergy to local anesthetic drug which used in this study.
- •Ejection fraction less than 40%
