- •Age above 18 years old
排除标准
- •â€¢Refractive error greater than ±3 diopters
- •â€¢Intraocular pressure over than 21 mmHg or history of glaucoma
- •â€¢Any retinal diseases (such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration etc.)
- •â€¢Any previous intraocular treatment (such as intra-vitreal injection of anti-VEGF/steroid or retinal LASER)
- •â€¢Any previous intraocular surgery (such as cataract surgery or retinal surgery)
- •â€¢Neurodegerative diseases (such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease)
- •â€¢Uncontrolled systemic blood pressure (BP ≥120/80 mmHg)
- •â€¢Poor quality of OCT/OCTA image due to significant media or poor subjects cooperation
