Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient willing to give consent and participate in the study
2.All patients presenting with upper lumbar disc herniation on MRI and low back pain and/or radiculopathy.
Exclusion Criteria
•Patient not fulfilling inclusion criteria
•Patient not willing to participate in the study or not willing to sign the consent form
•Presence of associated pathology such as infection, or malignancy
•History of Upper lumbar spine surgery (1st three disc space below the conus medullaris).
