入选标准
- •Patients with P/H/O Chikungunya fever 03
- •Patients with DAS 28 >3.2 and CDAI >
- •Patients who will give consent and able to
- •do follow up
排除标准
- •Patients below 18 and above 50 years
- •Patients with DAS 28 < 3.2 and CDAI < 10
- •Patients having arthritis other than Post
- •Chikungunya fever
- •Patients suffering from autoimmune
- •diseases or systemic illness like
- •Hypertension, DM, Malignancy, Liver or
- •Kidney dysfunction
- •Patients had received systematically
- •administered or intra-articular
- •corticosteroids, Hydroxychloroquine,
- •Sulfasalazine, methotrexate, NSAIDs or
- •CAM therapy within 02 weeks prior to
- •Pregnant and lactating women
