Major inclusion criteria: Consciousness; Age> 18 years; obtaining informed consent; cardiac ejection fraction (EF) greater than 40%; no history of sleep problems; no history of respiratory problems; no history of allergy to flowers smell; admission at least before 24 hours. Major exclusion criteria: Extreme reaction to aroma therapy throughout the study; reluctance to continue study; loss of consciousness or cardiac arrest during the study; need to medical interventions during the sleep; orthopnea and respiratory problems during the study.
