Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (A)ASA physical status l and II patients between age group 18\-65 years posted for elective lower limb surgeries.
  • (B)Patients giving written informed consent for participation in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patientâ??s refusal to participate in study.
  • 2\.Any contraindication to spinal anesthesia:
  • a.Infection at the site of injection
  • b.Raised Intracranial Pressure
  • c.Pre\-Existing neurological deficits
  • d.Bleeding disorders
  • e.Severe Hypovolemia
  • f.Patients with anatomical spinal deformity
  • 3\.History of allergy to drugs under study.
  • 4\.Patients having underlying systemic disorders (history of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, peptic ulcer disease, glaucoma, fungal or viral infection).
