Inclusion Criteria

Patients who are referred from another hospital, then the hospital where they were treated for their oncological disease.

- Patients who are physically and mentally able and willing to answer the questionnaires.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who had already been under treatment in the centralized hospital and therefore were not referred.
