Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Traumatic or non\-traumatic spinal cord injury categorized as American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale grade C or D since at least 6 months
- •2\)Level of injury from C5 to L1
- •3\)Age between 18â??45 years
- •4\)Ability to maintain a standing position for 30 s without assistance
- •5\)Ability to advance the stronger leg independently with 30% BWS and treadmill speed at 0\.1 miles per hour
- •6\)Willing to participate in the study
- •7\)Mini\-Mental Status Examination scores \>\=24
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Symptoms of orthostatic hypotension upon standing
- •2\)Any other pre\-existing neurological problem, musculoskeletal condition, cardiovascular or psychiatric problem which may interfere with the treatment
- •3\)Pain scored greater than 5 on an 11\-point numerical rating pain scale (0, no pain; 10, most severe pain) which may interfere with the treatment
- •4\)Spasticity of grade 3 or more on Modified Ashworth Scale
- •5\)Visual or auditory impairment such that it impacts on the ability to participate
- •6\)Body Weight more than 150 kg
- •7\)Skin lesions or rash or pressure ulcers (grade 2 or higher, according to the National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel classification) may interfere with harness support or walking or standing
