Age >= 18 years
Patients diagnosed with thin gingival phenotype using transgingival probing technique (GT of <= 0.8mm) in the upper and lower anterior/premolar teeth.
Full mouth plaque index (PI) and full-mouth bleeding on probing (BOP) score of <= 15%
Presence of gingival recession
Active orthodontic treatment
Previous periodontal surgery
Pregnant or lactating females
Use of anticoagulants, any drugs that might lead to gingival enlargement
Current smokers
Malocclusion, crowding, subgingival restorations, missing teeth
