入选标准
- •o Participants fulfilling diagnostic criteria (ACR criteria for Osteoarthritis of Knee)
- •1.Knee pain for most days of prior month
- •2.Osteophytes at joint margins
- •+ Any one of the following
- •Age ââ?°Â¥ 50 years old
- •Crepitus on active joint motion Stiffness < 30 minutes
- •oAge:51yrs - 70yrs
- •oSex:No discrimination
- •oParticipants willing to give written informed consent
排除标准
- •oSurgical intervention of knee joint
- •oFracture and dislocation of the knee joint
- •oCo-morbidities such as RA, Gouty arthritis, psoriatic arthritis
- •oOther major systemic diseases
- •oUncontrolled Diabetes, HTN & Dyslipidemia
- •oPregnant and lactating women
- •oSevere disabling arthritis (including wheelchair bound)
- •oPatients on medication likely to influence efficacy evaluation
