Inclusion Criteria
1. American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) Grade I and II patients of either sex, aged between 18 to 60 years, posted for elective surgery under general anaesthesia.
2. Body mass index <= 30 kg/m 2
3. LEMON score >2
4. Mouth opening of atleast two fingers
Exclusion Criteria
1.Difficult bag and mask ventilation
2.Obstetric patients
3.Head and neck trauma
4.More than three attempts for endotracheal intubation.

Name Time Method Glottic view as assessed by Cormack-Lehane grading <br/ ><br>Success of first attempt of endotracheal intubation <br/ ><br>Number of attempts of endotracheal intubation <br/ ><br>Hemodynamic response <br/ ><br>Optimisation manouvres <br/ ><br>Complications during intubation <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Hemodynamic parameters will be measured at 0 min, before intubation , during intubation, and then every minute till 5 minute and 10 minute respectively. <br/ ><br>The time for tracheal intubation, number of attempts, optimizing maneuvers and complications during intubation will be recorded in each patient . <br/ ><br> Complications during intubation will be assesses 30 minutes after shifting to PACU and after 24 hours of surgery <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>
