入选标准
- •1.Age of patients 17-75 years.
- •2.American Society Anaesthesiology ( ASA ) physical status 1 or 2.
- •3.Patients scheduled to undergo various elective surgeries requiring endotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •1.Obvious anatomical abnormality ( limitation of temporomandibular joint and atlanto â?? axial joint )
- •2.Upper airway abnormality ( ex : tongue tumour, maxillofacial tumour, fracture )
- •3.Recent head and neck surgery.
- •4.Disability to open the mouth ( < 3cms ).
- •5.ASA class 3 â?? 4.
- •6.Pregnancy.
- •7.Edentulous.
- •8.Refusal to give consent for study.
