- •1. pregnant women providing written informed consent
- •2. pregnant women undergoing elective Caesarean section
- •3. American Society of Anaesthesiologists class 1 and 2
- •4. BMI 18- 35Kg/m2
排除标准
- •1. pregnant women not willing to give consent
- •2. contraindication for subarachnoid block
- •3. coagulation disorder, severe gastro esophageal reflux disease
- •4. pre existing gneurological deficits
- •5. respiratory insufficiency
