Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. pregnant women providing written informed consent
- •2\. pregnant women undergoing elective Caesarean section
- •3\. American Society of Anaesthesiologists class 1 and 2
- •4\. BMI 18\- 35Kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. pregnant women not willing to give consent
- •2\. contraindication for subarachnoid block
- •3\. coagulation disorder, severe gastro esophageal reflux disease
- •4\. pre existing gneurological deficits
- •5\. respiratory insufficiency
