Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis patients and chronic NSAID medication (more than 1 month)
- •Healthy volunteers with no NSAID medication
Exclusion Criteria
- •Gastroesophageal reflux disease, swallowing disorders, gastroduodenal ulcer disease, small bowel disease, inflammatory bowel disease, small bowel stenosis and pregnancy. For the healthy volunteer – history of NSAIDs in the past year and pregnancy.
