Inclusion Criteria
1.Hospitalized children,aged 2 to 24 month with clinical diagnosis of acute bronchiolitis.
2.Clinical severity score >3.
Exclusion Criteria
1.History of N-Acetylcysteine and corticosteroid intake in last 4 week.
2.Chronic cardiopulmonary disease eg.congenital heart disease or chronic lung disease.
3.Known immunodeficiency state.
4.Family history of atopy,history of recurrent nebulization.
5.History of mechanical ventilation in neonatal period.
6.Critically sick patients at time of admission.

Name Time Method Primary outcome will be in form of day of clinical improvement according to clinical severity scoring (score3).Timepoint: 1 year

Name Time Method 1.Total length of hospital stay. <br/ ><br>2.Patients requiring bronchodilator in N-Acetylcysteine group and 3% hypertonic saline group. <br/ ><br>3.Patients requiring CPAP support in each group and the day of start of it. <br/ ><br>4.Side effects of nebulised drugs.Timepoint: 1 year
