入选标准
- •1.Hospitalized children,aged 2 to 24 month with clinical diagnosis of acute bronchiolitis.
- •2.Clinical severity score >3.
排除标准
- •1.History of N-Acetylcysteine and corticosteroid intake in last 4 week.
- •2.Chronic cardiopulmonary disease eg.congenital heart disease or chronic lung disease.
- •3.Known immunodeficiency state.
- •4.Family history of atopy,history of recurrent nebulization.
- •5.History of mechanical ventilation in neonatal period.
- •6.Critically sick patients at time of admission.
