Inclusion Criteria
Age > 18
2. Patients with histologically confirmed adenocarcinoma, NET or cystic tumors of the pancreasOR
Patients with a radiological diagnosis of pancreatic cancer who are planned for upfront surgery
3. Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.Unwilling to give consent
2.Ampullary/ duodenal tumors
3.Prior systemic treatment
4.No biopsy/ FNAC available except in case of pancreatic tumors as defined in inclusion criteria
5.Other causes of periampullary tumor on the final histopathology report (duodenal/ ampullary/ distal cholangiocarcinoma)
