入选标准
- •Diagnosed cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
- •Both gender
- •Age more than equal to 18 years
- •Presence of any two of the following
- •HbA1c greater than or equal to 6.5
- •Fasting blood glucose greater than or equal to 126mg per dl
- •2 hour postprandial blood glucose greater than or equal to 200mg per dl
- •Patients under a stable dose of Metformin for previous 3 months before enrolment but not controlled
排除标准
- •History of diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar state within last 3 months prior to enrolment
- •Patients with moderate to severe CKD
- •History of any major cardiac, CNS or gastrointestinal diseased)
- •Any uncontrolled major neuropsychiatric ailment
- •Any history of alcohol/substance abuse/dependence
- •History of acute / chronic pancreatitis
- •Diabetes secondary to pancreatic injury or other types of secondary diabetes
