- •ASA physical status I and II undergoing elective surgical procedure under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1 History of asthma/ COPD,
- •2 Upper respiratory tract infection in the previous 2 weeks,
- •3 History of smoking,
- •4 History of bronchodilator or steroid therapy,
- •5 Patient on angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors
- •6 History of drugs/opioid abuse
- •7 History of hypersensitivity to study drug
- •8 Patients with lung or head and neck malignancies
- •9.Anticipated difficult airway
