1. Elective coronary artery bypass graft surgery
2. MPG 1 to 4
3. BMI > 25
4. ASA 1 to 4
Exclusion Criteria
1.patient refusal
2. emergency surgery
3. Cervical spinal abnormalities
4.gastro esophageal reflux disease
5. Pulmonary complications like COPD, ASTHMA
6.oral tumours
7. Facial abnormalities
