入选标准
- •1. Comply with upper back pain and lower extremity radiation pain, can be radiated to the calf or foot; straight leg elevation test or strengthen test positive; lower limbs affected by the innervation area, hypersensitivity / dullness, long-term disease may appear muscle atrophy toe muscle strength, Knee/Achilles tendon reflex changes; CT or MRI suggesting discriminant criteria for lumbar disc herniation;
- •2. Age 20-65 years old;
- •3. Imaging findings lumbar vertebral body, facet joints, lumbar intervertebral discs and other significant degenerative changes;
- •4. Repeated low back pain >= 3 months;
- •5. Signed informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Combined with other major diseases of the lumbar vertebrae, such as tumors, tuberculosis, etc.;
- •2. Acute traumatic pain caused by trauma and surgery;
- •3. With major diseases such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, hematopoietic system;
- •4. Mental patients;
- •5. Pregnant or lactating women.
