Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Comply with upper back pain and lower extremity radiation pain, can be radiated to the calf or foot; straight leg elevation test or strengthen test positive; lower limbs affected by the innervation area, hypersensitivity / dullness, long\-term disease may appear muscle atrophy toe muscle strength, Knee/Achilles tendon reflex changes; CT or MRI suggesting discriminant criteria for lumbar disc herniation;
  • 2\. Age 20\-65 years old;
  • 3\. Imaging findings lumbar vertebral body, facet joints, lumbar intervertebral discs and other significant degenerative changes;
  • 4\. Repeated low back pain \>\= 3 months;
  • 5\. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Combined with other major diseases of the lumbar vertebrae, such as tumors, tuberculosis, etc.;
  • 2\. Acute traumatic pain caused by trauma and surgery;
  • 3\. With major diseases such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, hematopoietic system;
  • 4\. Mental patients;
  • 5\. Pregnant or lactating women.
