Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Comply with upper back pain and lower extremity radiation pain, can be radiated to the calf or foot; straight leg elevation test or strengthen test positive; lower limbs affected by the innervation area, hypersensitivity / dullness, long\-term disease may appear muscle atrophy toe muscle strength, Knee/Achilles tendon reflex changes; CT or MRI suggesting discriminant criteria for lumbar disc herniation;
- •2\. Age 20\-65 years old;
- •3\. Imaging findings lumbar vertebral body, facet joints, lumbar intervertebral discs and other significant degenerative changes;
- •4\. Repeated low back pain \>\= 3 months;
- •5\. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Combined with other major diseases of the lumbar vertebrae, such as tumors, tuberculosis, etc.;
- •2\. Acute traumatic pain caused by trauma and surgery;
- •3\. With major diseases such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, hematopoietic system;
- •4\. Mental patients;
- •5\. Pregnant or lactating women.
