Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adult patient with traumatic spinal cord injury of duration more than three months.
- •2\. Patients willingly giving an informed written consent to participate in study and not including in any other study.
- •3\. American spinal injury association (ASIA) grade A to D.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient already on antidepressant medication prior to trauma.
- •2\.Patient with history of brain injury and stroke.
- •3\.Any medical and surgical conditions preventing communication and compliance of study protocol eg. cognitive impairment, TBI, hearing impairment etc.
