Inclusion Criteria
1. Adult patient with traumatic spinal cord injury of duration more than three months.
2. Patients willingly giving an informed written consent to participate in study and not including in any other study.
3. American spinal injury association (ASIA) grade A to D.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient already on antidepressant medication prior to trauma.
2.Patient with history of brain injury and stroke.
3.Any medical and surgical conditions preventing communication and compliance of study protocol eg. cognitive impairment, TBI, hearing impairment etc.

Name Time Method Beck Depression Inventory Cut scores will be used from 0 to 63: 0 to 13 will indicate minimal depression; 14 to 19, mild depression; 20 to 28, moderate depression; & 29 to 63, severe depression. Patients with a score of â?¤13 will be termed as the non-depressive group, and those who will score â?¥14 will be termed as the depressive group <br/ ><br>2 ASIA Grade A B C DTimepoint: There is No follow up Only One Time Data Collected After 3 month oF Traumatic Injury Date <br/ ><br>
