入选标准
- •1. Adult patient with traumatic spinal cord injury of duration more than three months.
- •2. Patients willingly giving an informed written consent to participate in study and not including in any other study.
- •3. American spinal injury association (ASIA) grade A to D.
排除标准
- •1.Patient already on antidepressant medication prior to trauma.
- •2.Patient with history of brain injury and stroke.
- •3.Any medical and surgical conditions preventing communication and compliance of study protocol eg. cognitive impairment, TBI, hearing impairment etc.
