1.patients who were be diagnosed as stroke by doctors
2.age at least 18 years old
3.patients who have spasticity of upper limbs, lower limbs or both that were evaluated by Modified Asthworth Scale (MAS)
Caregivers
1.age at least 18 years old
2.primary caregivers who play a key role in their patients

1.patients who were be doagnosed as other neurological disease such as alzhimer's dosease or parkinson disease
2.inpatient status
