Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\-age 40\-90
  • •\-significant cataract that suiutable for phacoemulsification and IOL implantation
  • •\-cataract is the only cause of significant visual impairment
  • •\-axial length 22\-25 mm
  • •\-complete inform/consent
  • •\-willing and able to comply with th study protocol

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-unabe to insert IOL in the bag
  • •\-multiple operative procedures at the time of IOL implantation
  • •\- decentration of IOL more than 1 mm
  • •\- preop astigmatism \>1\.5D
  • •\- post op BCVA\<20/40
  • •\- other ocular pathlogy that cause visual impairment that were not apparent prior to surgery:AMD macular edema,glaucoma,RD
