入选标准
- •-age 40-90
- •-significant cataract that suiutable for phacoemulsification and IOL implantation
- •-cataract is the only cause of significant visual impairment
- •-axial length 22-25 mm
- •-complete inform/consent
- •-willing and able to comply with th study protocol
排除标准
- •-unabe to insert IOL in the bag
- •-multiple operative procedures at the time of IOL implantation
- •- decentration of IOL more than 1 mm
- •- preop astigmatism >1.5D
- •- post op BCVA<20/40
- •- other ocular pathlogy that cause visual impairment that were not apparent prior to surgery:AMD macular edema,glaucoma,RD
