-age 40-90
-significant cataract that suiutable for phacoemulsification and IOL implantation
-cataract is the only cause of significant visual impairment
-axial length 22-25 mm
-complete inform/consent
-willing and able to comply with th study protocol
-unabe to insert IOL in the bag
-multiple operative procedures at the time of IOL implantation
- decentration of IOL more than 1 mm
- preop astigmatism >1.5D
- post op BCVA<20/40
- other ocular pathlogy that cause visual impairment that were not apparent prior to surgery:AMD macular edema,glaucoma,RD
