Inclusion Criteria
- •Candidate for esophagectomy surgery
- •The duration of the surgery is between three and five hours
- •Same anesthesia method for all patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •Body mass index greater than 30
- •ASA class above III
- •Heart rate less than 50 beats per minute
- •Allergy to dexmedetomidine
