Inclusion Criteria
Children 5 to 10 years who have at least one primary molar with pulp necrosis and indication pulpectomy.
Exclusion Criteria
indication for extraction during the endodontic procedure; impossibility of collecting the microbiological root canal.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The outcome is evaluated the clinical success of the treatment.<br>Success will be determined by evaluating the number of teeth with regression of signs and symptoms of pulp necrosis during the monitoring period.<br>Signs and symptoms of necrotic pulp will be analyzed: spontaneous pain, swelling, fistula, mobility not compatible in root resorption stage and bone thinning observed by radiographic examination.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The outcome will be analyzed microbial reduction.<br>It will be determined that the number of teeth have no microbial contamination after treatment.
