- •Classical signs and symptoms of parikartika like constipation perianal itching anal pain sphincter spasm burning sensation and per rectal bleeding
- •patients willing to participate in clinical study with written consent both acute and chronic fissure in ano will be taken
排除标准
- •Patients with other systemic illness like malignancy Hbsag retro virus positive patients patients diagnosed with internal piles fistula in ano and abscess
- •Diagnosed case of Crohns disease and ulcerative colitis
