•Cases diagnosed as per ICD-10 criteria for Autism
•Age group 3-16 yrs. of age
•Both the sexes
•People from different socio economic background
•Parent or guardian willing to provide informed consent
•Cases of Autism under conventional medicines after a wash out period of 2 weeks
•Drug resistant epilepsy (in the last 3 months no attacks reported)
•Medical illness other than autism affecting the whole body, physical, neurological or psychiatric
•Severe cases of Autism in which conventional medicines are difficult to withdraw
•Patient with focal neurological diseases
