Inclusion Criteria

Radiological evidence of primary OA with Grade 2 on the Kellgren -Lawrence Scale

Male & female within age group of 35 years - 65 years

Unilateral or bilateral involvement in case of bilateral involvement more symptomatic knee was included

Pain in and around knee.

Exclusion Criteria

Any deformity of knee (fixed flexion deformity), hip, or back

Any central or peripheral nervous in the past 6 months
