Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Ankle fracture treated with cast immobilization, in patients with simple fracture after callus formation assessed by radiograph 14\.
  • •2\.Age range from 20\-50yrs with h/o trauma, fracture of ankle with loss of ROM.
  • •3\.Cast removed in the preceding 7 days.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Fracture of ankle with surgical treatment.
  • •2\.Open fracture
  • •4\.No concurrent pathologies, e.g.: symptomatic OA, stroke after fracture.
