1.Ankle fracture treated with cast immobilization, in patients with simple fracture after callus formation assessed by radiograph 14.
2.Age range from 20-50yrs with h/o trauma, fracture of ankle with loss of ROM.
3.Cast removed in the preceding 7 days.
1.Fracture of ankle with surgical treatment.
2.Open fracture
3.DVT
4.No concurrent pathologies, e.g.: symptomatic OA, stroke after fracture.
