All newly diagnosed patients with colorectal carcinoma
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with other cancer
2. Patients with pancreatitis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Cirrhosis of liver
3.Patients already on systemic chemotherapy or Radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiation
