Inclusion Criteria

ASHRM/ESHRE(ROTTERDAM) CRITERIA 2003 Affected individual must have two out of three criteria

Oligo or anovulation

Hyperandrogenesim clinical or biochemical

Polycystic ovaries on sonographic examination

Clinically diagnosed and confirmed patients of PCOS

Exclusion Criteria

Women of age less than 18 and above than 40 years.

Patient having systemic disease like hypertension, tuberculosis, renal disease etc.

Patient having menometrorrhagia with poly cystic overies

Patient having congenital adrenal hyperplasia androgen secreting tumours

HIV VDRL HBsAg positive patient
