1. Individuals between aged between 18 to 30 of both genders willing to participate in the study
2. A score of 5 or greater on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) Scale
3. A score of 6 or less on the Athens Insomnia Scale
4. A score of 0-17 on the Beckâ??s Depression Inventory
1. Individuals on medications like Benzodiazepines, Sedatives and Hypnotics, that induces sleep
2. Identified, biological cause of sleep problems like restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, periodic limb movement disorder, pregnancy
3. History of an acute injury or illness
