简要总结
Studies conducted previously have assessed the differences in hand grip strength between right handed and left handed badminton players; similarly researches have assessed the shoulder strength in routinely trained badminton players and non-badminton players. As there is a lack of evidence identifying the correlation between shoulder power, grip strength and performance, the current study aims on identifying the correlation between shoulder power, grip strength and badminton performance in recreational badminton players.
The grip strength, shoulder power and badminton performance will be assessed, the data will be analyzed for any association between the variables.
