Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients of age 18 to 75 years coming for various surgeries requiring radial artery cannulation according to clinical and/or surgical indications will be enrolled in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal
2. Signs of infection or wound near the puncture site.
3.recent arterial cannulation at the same site in the hospital.
4. Hemodynamically unstable patients.
5. History of peripheral vascular disease.
6. Coagulopathies
