Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Overweight or Obesity, measured as BMI: \>/\=25 OR abdominal circumference \> 80 cm for women or \>94 cm for men
- •2\. The cooperation of the family cook
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Receiving long\-term oral corticosteroids or weight loss medication;
- •2\. Health conditions that interfere with adherence;
- •3\. Current pregnancy.
