- •Patients of the tumor clinic of the Fulda Clinic gAG.
- •Ward stay = 72 h. P2: ward pharmacist naive for six months before starting P2.

- •No saved temperature curve (incomplete documentation).
- •< six medication lines per stay.
- •Patients are not cared for by an oncologist.
