Inclusion Criteria
- •18\+ years of age
- •\- Fluent in English
- •\- Reside in Australia
- •\- Have consistent access to the internet and a desktop computer or laptop
- •\- \<5 on either the Number of Possessions subscale or the Mindfully Curated Consumption subscale of the Minimalist Consumer Scale
