  • •Generalized anxiety disorder
  • •Major Depressive Disorder
  • •Drug addiction
  • •Take analgesic less than 4 hours before admission
  • •Hypersensitivity to apotel, promethazine and lidocaine
  • •Cirrhosis Child B \& C
