入选标准
- •Patient giving consent
- •Age 20-60 years
- •ASA Grade I and II
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I–II who were scheduled for modified radical mastectomy for unilateral breast cancer
排除标准
- •1.History of allergy to any trial drugs, presence of coagulation disorders,
- •2.Infection at the nerve block puncture site,
- •3.Ingestion of any analgesic drug within 48 h before surgery,
- •4.History of chronic pain medication use,
- •5.Trauma or history of thoracic spine surgery
- •6.Sinus bradycardia,
- •7.Atrioventricular block and any other conditions
- •8.Patient not giving consent
